CODICIL
TO THE
LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT

I, MICHAEL W. LEE, hereby declare this to be the first Codicil to my will dated October 29, 20--.
I hereby add the following as a FOURTH paragraph to my Last Will and Testament with subsequent paragraphs being renumbered:

FOURTH: In the event my spouse, MARY A. LEE, does not survive me, I give the sum of five thousand dollars ($5,000) to the AMERICAN RED CROSS, 2615 West Ridge Avenue, Anycity, Anystate.
